Yippy! Spring is here, which means I’m finally in the mood to cook again. Something about warm weather makes my desire to spend more time in the kitchen come out. Perhaps it has something to do with the yard finally looking all gussied up after a good cleaning, allowing us to sit outside and eat on really beautiful days. Whatever the reason, I’m glad to embrace it. I’m ready for some “real” food.
