This Week’s Friday Frenzy is Hosted by The Saucy Southerner:
Happy Friday everyone! It’s P~ from The Saucy Southerner hosting this week’s Friday Frenzy! I’ve been consumed with a major home renovation since the middle of May, so life has been crazy. After two weeks de-crapping our basement and loading everything into an enormous dumpster, Jack and I spent three days on the demolition of our master bathroom. Since then, we’ve been building closets, rebuilding the bathroom and finally finishing laying tile.
I have had the best time going through all of the really great link ups from last week! Here are my favorites.
Anyone who knows me knows I love deviled eggs! So, these Lemon, Honey, and Fresh Basil Deviled Eggs from our very own Colleen at Faith, Hope, Love, & Luck certainly caught my eye! Deviled Eggs are huge in the South and they make an appearance at every event all year long! These bright beautiful flavors look and sound amazing and will be a great addition to my deviled egg lineup! AND you can help her by going to vote for this fabulous recipe in Eggland’s Best “America’s Best Recipe” Contest! Good luck, Colleen! I’m voting for you!
Next, this recipe for Lemon Garlic Shrimp with Linguine from All That’s Jas looks and sounds incredible! This is a perfect recipe for a busy cook since it prepares in mere minutes! Plus, it has major wow-factor!
This scrumptious looking Peanut Butter-Banana Icebox Pie got my attention! Cool desserts are always great in these hot summer months! Treat yourself with this great recipe from Poinsettia Drive.
I really loved Looney for Food’s post on Flavored Salts! Not only are salts easy to make, they are a super way to add depth of flavor to everything you prepare! Hint: They make really great, inexpensive gifts, too!
Then, finally…since I am obviously a DIY person, I loved this French Farmhouse Dresser Makeover with an Image Transfer by Repurpose and Upcycle!
Thanks for joining me this week; I can’t wait to see what everyone links up this week! Do you have a link to share? Join the party by adding your link below! P~
