My newest neighbor, Ella, is hosting a retro themed bridal shower this weekend for some of her closest friends. I feel honored that she asked me to make a few of the desserts for them to enjoy throughout the weekend. After scouring Pinterest for ideas, I think I managed to come up with a few interesting recipes that didn’t require the use of Jello, Fruit Cocktail, or Cool Whip.
 Although all of these desserts look mouth-watering, they didn’t make the final cut. I bet you’re wondering which ones did.
