I have happy news to share with y’all this morning. Eggland’s Best contacted me yesterday and asked permission to feature my Jerk Shrimp & Sweet Green Tomato Deviled Eggs on their website. Whoo Hoo! One more sign that my dream of creating a deviled egg cookbook NEEDS to become a reality.
For the record, if there is one deviled egg recipe of mine that you should choose to use this summer, let this one be it. It’s definitely made the Faith, Hope, Love, & Luck list of 2016 Best Recipes, and will most likely be the appetizer I make in a few weeks when our neighborhood has its annual block party.
