November is all about being thankful. What better way to celebrate than to pay homage to an ingredient that deserves a place of honor in every refrigerator, skillet, oven, grill, or roaring fire. Bacon deserves to be wooed. Yes I said wooed. I am thankful for these lovely slices of fatty love, which bring so much flavor to my life. I would happily stand outside of bacon’s window with a boom box playing “In Your Eyes” loudly for the entire world to see and hear.
