So perhaps you’ve noticed that I haven’t posted anything this week, or perhaps not; maybe you’ve had better things to do with your time then wonder what the hell I’ve been up to. If so, I’m happy for you, because it sounds like you’ve been busy like I have. Between an evening out with Bob’s sister-in-law and niece from Ireland, a lovely night spent outside with friends and neighbors on the deck, and game seven of the Caps vs. the Rangers, this week has been a doozy, and I am not ashamed to admit that zero cooking has taken place in this household, unless of course you consider heating up leftover Chinese food cooking. This weekend I’ll get around to it. Maybe.
