What a morning. At first the sun was shining so brightly that I couldn’t help but hide behind the curtains on my perch, letting all of the lovely rays soak into my fur. And then the rain came, and with it brought much unhappiness and anger. You see it’s that day in the month when I am tricked into evil goings on by cuddles and snuggles. My Mommy and Daddy wrestled me down, against my will, to clip my nails and give me my monthly dose of disgusting medicine, and I’ll have you know that I detest both of these things, and make my protest known through much whining and scratching. Now I’m stuck with nails that need to be whittled down to perfection, goo all over my neck, and no sunshine to make things better. Today is not my day.
