Sharon’s Bread-and-Butter Pickle Recipe (With Tommy Spice) from Tall Clover Farm
I absolutely adore every single post that Tom from Tall Clover Farm shares, especially when there’s a recipe involved. This pickle recipe has me super-excited to grow a huge crop of pickling cucumbers this summer. This is the year I break out the canning supplies.
Guinness Pork Chops with Onion Brown Gravy from Fiesta Friday
I don’t actually drink Guinness but I absolutely adore cooking and baking with it, like with this Creamy Cheeseburger & Veggie Hot Dish. Up until now, I usually only considered using it paired with beef. After seeing this recipe using pork chops though, I’m totally ready to switch things up.
Jannson’s Frestelse – Creamy Anchovy Potato Bake from Food Lust People Love
While not normally a huge fan of anchovies, this recipe has me really pondering. I think I’m going to have to test it out and see what I can do with it. Thoughts?
Avocado Salad Sandwiches from I Heart Vegetables

I’m not sure just how much guacamole they felt one little ol’ town could ingest during the Super Bowl game. Anyway, I fully intend on taking advantage of their loss and making these sandwiches with my super-cheap avocados.
Healthy Twice Baked Potatoes from Simple and Savory
I’m all up for a super-trashed out twice baked potato, however, I guess it’s kind of nice to have a healthier alternative every once and awhile, right? Although, to be honest, I’d probably still sneak in a bit of cheese.
