Vegan Instant Pot Breakfast Stuffed Sweet Potatoes from The Live-In Kitchen
Earlier this week I took part in a #Veganuary event with several other food bloggers, where we all shared a vegan recipe. I shared these Vegan Thai Roasted Carrots with Peanuts, however, I have no problem admitting that I think these breakfast stuffed sweet potatoes stole the show. I mean, come on, sweet potatoes for breakfast, absolutely mind-blowing.
Labneh bi Toum from Food52 by Edouard Massih
A few simple ingredients and this could totally be a part of your life. Don’t you just want to dive right in head first? I know I certainly do.
Homemade Citrus Body Butter from Healthy Holistic Living
A friend of mine shared this homemade body butter recipe on her Facebook page this week and I couldn’t check the recipe out soon enough. This is totally going to happen in my kitchen and my bathroom each night before bed. I’ll let you know how it goes.
Honey Oatmeal Bread from Cookaholic Wife
This dreamy looking oatmeal bread was one of the features this week in the “Oatmeal and Honey” Improv Cooking Challenge along with my Peanut Butter & Honey Oatmeal Cookies. When I get tired of eating cookies, I’m totally gonna want to gobble up a few slices of this bread drenched in butter and honey.
Pumpkin Crab Soup from Hardly A Goddess
So, I have this container of crab meat that has been sitting in my fridge for months now. I’m actually a little scared that the date on it says that it’s good through 2020. Anyway, when I saw this soup recipe, I thought that perhaps it might be a great way to get that crab meat out of my fridge before the expiration date.
