After cooking one and a half pounds of thinly sliced boneless chicken cutlets for Brenna’s 10th birthday, I came to the realization that there was no way in hell she could eat that much chicken before it went bad. Well, I guess she could, but she’d be one sick little girl. Since the chicken was boiled in water with absolutely no seasoning, it wasn’t like I was keen on eating it either. So I decided to freeze it in mini Scooby Snack portions for her. Now, I can choose when she deserves a special treat. B.O.B. Bob is going to think I’m crazy when he reaches into the freezer to get ice and sees these little packages. The only thing I’m worried about is if she will begin to associate chicken with the freezer door opening. That could be a problem!
