This week, after sharing three of my own recipes that utilize Homemade Taco Seasoning, I thought I’d share a few more from other food blogs and online recipe sites. One packet of store-bought taco seasoning equals approximately 7-teaspoons of homemade taco seasoning, which should help you out when making a few of these recipes. That sounds like a lot of taco seasoning, but remember that the homemade version will have considerably less salt. By the way, I have two lonely red potatoes hanging out in the bottom bin of my fridge, which means that the Mexican Potatoes are definitely going to be making an appearance at our dinner table this week or next.
