It’s hard for me to even wrap my head around the fact that summer is almost over, and that very soon, kids will be going back to school again. However, this month’s “August – Back to School” monthly meal plan theme makes it pretty apparent that that is indeed the case. Pretty soon, y’all will be in a hurry to rush your kids out the door in the morning and somehow find a way to feed them a nutritious breakfast that doesn’t take a lot of time to make. The evenings will be just as hard. Finding time to make a decent dinner after working all day, helping out with homework, and still shuffling the kids back and forth to all of their group events can seriously take a toll on your mental health as well as your scheduling. So for a little help transitioning into the new school year, make sure to check out all of the featured back to school inspired recipes below, pin them for later use, and find some kitchen inspiration to help you and your kids make it back to the head of the class.
