While Brenna takes the day to play with her beloved box, I am busy making Pot Roast with Stout Gravy. I have a confession, this is the first time I’ve ever attempted it. I’m not sure why I’ve always shied away from pot roast in the past, but the smell coming from my kitchen is making me very glad about finally deciding to give it a whirl!
