While this Halloween skirt is meant to be worn by an American Girl Doll, I think it would fit a full-grown cat perfectly! I am already starting to make my Halloween. This is so much fun! Many new outfits coming soon. This will fit either Bitty Baby or American Girl- 14-18″ dolls.
