I’ve missed posting The Thursday Thirteen in the past couple of weeks, because I’ve been too preoccupied enjoying summer’s end. As overjoyed as I am to welcome fall and all of its foods, hello pumpkin and apples, I’m a little sad to see the end of summer’s fare.
