It’s been awhile since I’ve shared my love of bacon with y’all. Shame on me. Bacon is meant to be shared. Well, it’s meant to be shared if there are at least five pounds of it piled upon a serving platter. If there is only one pound, you’ll have to get your own, because there just isn’t enough to go around. I’m selfish like that when it comes to my bacon.
