I don’t do football. Big shock there, right? Yeah, not so much. The Super Bowl is the only game I come close to watching. I’ll admit that I really don’t give a fig about the game itself, the half time show, or the commercials; the Super Bowl means one thing to me, and that’s food. Plain old pizza and chips won’t do; this is the day to get adventurous and try something new. You can make many of these recipes beforehand, but if you’re like me, you’ll be happy to have a reason to disappear into the kitchen to avoid the tiresome game.
