It’s hard to believe that it’s almost Mother’s Day. As a child, I remember always trying to make my mother feel extra-special by making her a special dinner on the big day. It didn’t always go so well…smoke, cough, blaring fire alarm, burnt food…but it’s the thought that counts right? With the recipes below, you won’t have to worry about things not going so well. Whether you choose to make her breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I’m pretty sure that she’ll love whatever it is you choose to serve her.
