I don’t know about you but I know that I’m super-excited that the 4th of July is only a few days away. I’m a little weepy that it falls on a Wednesday but that’s just a great excuse to take Thursday and Friday off and have a two-day work week, right? So, maybe since I have a little extra time off to fritter away, I’ll get to spend some of it playing around in my kitchen.
