  • 4 Thick-Cut Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Ground Sea Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons Capers

  2. In a 9×13 baking dish, whisk together the lemon juice, melted butter, salt, oregano, onion powder, and black pepper. Add capers and butternut squash; stir to combine.
