Welcome to Foodie Extravaganza. Our monthly celebration is all about recognizing wacky national food holidays. As food bloggers, we believe that every day of the year is a great reason to celebrate. To participate, a host will choose a secret ingredient or a theme based on one of the many recognized food holidays. Each participant will then create a dish, either sweet or savory, that will be showcased alongside the host’s recipe on the first Wednesday of each month.
